If someone is selling you promotional graphics, and they are doing it at a price that makes it impossible for them to make a healthy profit, it is reasonable to assume that they will not help you make a healthy profit. Long mission statements with flowery prose simply dont cut it in todays distracted economy customers/clients/partners want to understand what products and services your selling, at what price and how they are supported. It states that the information and materials belong to you and cannot be used without your written permission.
